Glass Candlesticks - Books 1 & 2, expanded and added additional and corrected information.
Fifty-two color plates with candlesticks are shown from various companies. There are a few
candles from the early companies, but emphasis is on what is known as elegant glass companies.
Many reprints of advertisements are also included.
This is a great book for the somewhat experienced and advanced candlestick collector who may need to ID scarce items. The Archers are thorough researchers and they had access to many resources. The book was printed in 1983 and even then many of the candlesticks from Pairpoint, Sinclaire, and Stueben were rare. Prices are out of date.
