Depression Era Dime Store Glass
Miller, C.L.
Schiffer, 1999. 143 pages. ISBN: 0764306650.
Retail: $12.95

This book tells a brief history of the old dime stores, particularly Woolworth's. It shows almost, if not all, pieces of Moonstone that were made. Pyrex, Fire King, Anchor Hocking, Waterford, Fancy Glassware, Tableware, Tumblers, etc. Nice slick pages, most items in color. The black and white pictures are of good quality and show good detail. There is a price guide in the back, it is easy to read and cross reference items. It also has a good selection of Hotel, Restaurant and Barware as well as Kitchenware.

I feel it's a very good inexpensive reference book, especially if you buy, sell, or collect depression era glassware.
