guide. 208 pages, 96 in color. This book goes beyond "Adam to Windsor" and is laid out similar
to HMWII except that it has a large section of colored pictures. The focus seems to be on
unusual pieces such as candlesticks, center pieces, console sets, etc. It has short descriptions of
well-known glass catalogues including reprints of catalog ads.
I really like it. The colored pictures are beautifully done and very detailed. It includes a lot of pieces that don't show up in the regular depression glass books. Review by: Laurel (aantanna) |
